For weddings, corporate gatherings, wine club events, and private parties, a balloon can serve as a tethered ride for your guests, a walk-through experience with the balloon laid on its side, or simply a breathtaking backdrop for photos. Before you book

Weather & rescheduling

Ballooning is fully weather-dependent. If we have to cancel for conditions, your flight is rescheduled, or fully refunded if rescheduling isn't possible.

Cancellation policy

With 72 hours' notice or more, we'll refund your payment minus any processing fees. Inside that window we can't offer a refund, but we're always happy to reschedule. Gift certificates are non-refundable, but they make a wonderful gift for an anniversary or birthday.

How payment works

Because flights are priced per person, we confirm your date first, then send an invoice for the exact amount. Once a date is agreed on, payment is required to lock it in.
