How booking works

Four simple steps

Because ballooning depends on the weather and pricing is per person, we use a request-and-confirm process rather than instant checkout. Here's the flow:

  1. You request a date. Choose a weekend morning (Saturday or Sunday, sunrise start) and answer a few quick questions about your group, that's everything we need to plan the flight.
  2. Tyler confirms availability. We review your request and get back to you to confirm the date, or suggest the nearest weekend that works.
  3. We send your invoice. Since pricing is per person, we send an invoice for the exact amount once your date is confirmed.
  4. Sign the waiver at the launch site. A quick safety waiver, signed in person the morning of your flight, before you board. No forms or emails to track down ahead of time.

Confirming your date

Once we approve your requested date, we send an invoice for the exact amount. Payment locks that date in.

Weather-protected

If we have to cancel for conditions, we reschedule, or refund in full if a new date can't be found. You're never out of pocket for the weather.
